4.3 Discord API

Ophraxx operates through Discord's API and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. We comply with all Discord API Terms of Service.

5.1 Access Your Data

You have the right to request a copy of all data we store about you or your server. Use the /privacy export command or contact our support team.

5.2 Delete Your Data

You can request data deletion at any time:

• Specific Records: Use /case delete or /warn clear commands
• All Server Data: Remove the bot from your server, and data will be purged within 30 days
• User Data: Contact support to request personal data deletion

5.3 Opt-Out Options

You can opt out of certain data collection:

• Disable logging features using /logging disable
• Disable auto-moderation data collection via /automod off
• Opt out of analytics with /config analytics false

5.4 Correct Inaccurate Data

If you believe any stored data is inaccurate, you can request corrections through our support server or by using moderation commands to update records.

Ophraxx does not knowingly collect information from users under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Union). Discord's Terms of Service prohibit users under 13, and we comply with these restrictions.

If we discover that we have collected data from a child under the applicable age, we will delete that information immediately. Parents or guardians can contact us to request deletion of their child's data.

7. International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, please note that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
